Thank you for visiting and shopping at No Battery Toy Store. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

In the event of a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs or local courier issues.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
No Battery Toy Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Shipping for Returns & Exchanges
As per our Return Policy, if you receive a defective or wrong item:

Initial Contact: You must contact info@nobatterytoystore.com with photos of the item before sending it back.

Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a defect or our error, we will provide instructions on how the return shipping will be handled. For other eligible returns, the customer may be responsible for paying their own shipping costs.

Voucher Issuance: Once the returned item is received and inspected, your store credit voucher will be issued. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Damaged Items
If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Contact us immediately at info@nobatterytoystore.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage so we can initiate a replacement or credit process.
7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. No Battery Toy Store is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping fees to resend the package.
