To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached.

3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Note: Return requests must be submitted within 05 days of receiving your order. We encourage "swift" reporting to ensure a smooth resolution for both parties.
4. Credits and Vouchers (Refund Policy)
Please note that we do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we provide store credit via vouchers.

Approval Process: Once your return is accepted, we will send you a confirmation email.

Shopping with Credit: After approval, you will be issued a voucher for the original purchase amount. This credit will be available for use within 30 business days.

Remaining Balance: If your new purchase is less than the voucher amount, the remaining balance will stay in your account as a credit for your next visit.
